With the house, the insulation was installed but they are coming back this week to blow some in the attic some due to the numerous 'holes' created when they tacked up the blanket type above & below the wires, lights, and such. The plumbers set the whirlpool tub in the master bath. The windows have been finished off with brick molding (same that is around the exterior doors) before the stucco crew starts their work. The drywall guys are hired. So this coming week should see some changes.

More carpentry work is being finished in the shop. The base boards are down, interior doors (swing and pockets) hung, and knobs & locks installed.

Many tasks are marked as completed and others in progress!

House: exterior doors hung; metal roof installed; a/c duct work finished; gas lines run; electric rough in finished; surround sound, cable and telephone lines pulled. The Next step is the insulation and they are scheduled for Monday along with the stucco crew to start the brown-coat.





Shop: tile floor complete, the door between the garage and offices hung, the half-wall bead-board (on the garage side of the office wall) up, the office walls and ceilings primed ready for the final coat of paint; the loft is painted, baseboards down, carpet ready to be cut to size, and the door hung!
