The outside has the first coat of stucco and is 'curing'. We must decide on the color for the final coat. The color is mixed in so you don't need to paint (unless you change your mind after it is done). The facia & soffit is being worked on today, as I type!
The house has a 'floor'. The slab was poured and the concrete blocks delivered. The are a few questions about the placement of the reinforcement rods -- so we'll be talking with the concrete guys before the walls are put up. We will be confirming the size of windows and doors, so the openings are the correct size too. Making changes after the fact is a bit more difficult with a block house than with a wood frame one.
