The Shop now has all the windows, doors and metal roof installed. The 2 attic stairs inside the building are making it easier to move the extra stuff up to the loft area. The climate controlled room above the offices has been framed and is waiting for insulation. The shower is framed out so progress can continue in the bathroom. We are trying to get someone to wire the offices for telephone & cable prior to the drywall. Before the stucco can be applied outside, the facia and soffit are needed.
The house is showing progress also. After the stem wall was completed, fill dirt was delivered, smoothed and compacted. Then the plumber came and dug up much of it, putting down all the water/sewer lines. Steve is contacting the A/C, electric and gas folks to see if they need to put anything down under the slab area.

Sometime between Aug. 3rd and Aug. 16th the developer that bought our place went in and totally removed EVERYTHING. The paved driveway, house, shop, small landscaping, fencing ... everything.... I sat there and could hardly believe it. I knew it was going to happen, just didn't expect it so soon after we moved out on July 31st.
