The walls are going up on the house. We think our concerns about the reinforcements have been resolved and it appears they will be pouring a cap on the garage floor. There is a low spot at the utility room door and the step-up from the garage into the house is higher than was called for on the plans.
The drywall in the shop is up and mostly taped and mudded. They should be here today to finish. The fascia & soffit is done and we've decided on the finish stucco coat color. As you can see, the pups have inspected and put their 'stamp of approval' all over the work! LOL
We need help identifying one of the trees in the front yard. The leaves are large. When the flowers initially open they are snow white, but as time progresses they turn pink and then red. The flowers last only a few days. What is it????
Beignet and Kajin have adjusted to their new surroundings and don't know what to make of all the people coming and going. Many of the workers think they are 'wolves', however a few actually recognize them as Akitas.
